Latitude have been delivering a high standard of commercial, multi-residential and luxury homes in South East Queensland for over 10 years. We started with small scale duplex and triplex projects and moved into multi-residential and commercial developments.
Over the last 10 years, we have built a large client portfolio of projects; we create liveable and inspiring spaces. Our focus on quality, style, luxury and affordability is paramount for each and every project.

Meet Luke Quinlivan,
Managing Director.
Luke started as an apprentice carpenter, evolving into senior onsite roles, including site manager, design manager, project manager and construction manager with some of Queensland’s largest building companies.
Before founding Latitude Construction, Luke had a well-established reputation for his onsite experience and technical capabilities in design and town planning.
He brings the benefit of previous experience delivering projects from multi-residential to large commercial projects along with the ability to negotiate sound commercial outcomes for all parties.
Luke’s strong relationships with consultants and trades alike assist in Latitude’s ability to cost-effectively deliver both small and large scale projects for our clients.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Building and Construction Management along with Advanced Diplomas in Building Design and Building and Construction. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Law at CQU, which will help Latitude to cover all bases of building, construction, design and all legal aspects of development.
Meet Adam Van Der Helm,
CFO & Business Development.
Adam began working in his family construction business when he was 16, gaining experience in various aspects of the trade until he finished his business studies and worked in finance.
He has now been involved in finance for 20 years, starting first as a bank teller and moving all the way up through the banking sector to owning and operating a Bank of Queensland franchise. After successfully growing and managing the bank, Adam sold and moved into finance brokering, where he used his experience to understand what is required by the banks to get lending applications approved.
This experience has helped him understand even more about the construction and development industry and the finances that keep the industry moving. He brings this experience to Latitude and his unique perspective of the backend, not only to keep Latitude at the forefront of achieving their investment goals but to see also from the clients’ perspective of their finance journey through their investment.
