Our process
Latitude walks with our clients every step of the way, to make the whole process seamless, and stress-free.

Initial Consultation
During the extended consultation process, we discuss all of your requirements, make sure we gather every part of your dream and run through all of the different options. Then, once we’ve thoroughly detailed your budget and approved your final quote, we can move into the design phase.
02.
Design
This stage involves investigating several aspects of your site, including soil tests, access and contours, location of services and any possible obstacles. Our clients love this part as we walk through the design process and watch their eyes light up at the design of their dream, whether it be a luxury home, multi-residential or commercial project.
03.
Contract
After all amendments have been finalised, your contract plans will be completed, including final drawings, colour selections, upgrades, time frames and final contract price presented for you to sign. We will then lodge all relevant documents for building approval and order all products and contractors ready for the construction.
04.
Construction
At this point, you’ll meet your site supervisor, who will oversee the entire construction. They will outline your construction program, and the building commences. The stages of construction include base, frame, roof and rough-in, enclosure, fixing, practical completion, and finally handover and maintenance.
