Whilst this project was a design and construct, it was brought to us fully designed and approved with DA and Opp’s approval. We did this as a D&C to allow the client the ability to change and adapt the plans throughout construction. The client has a landscaping business that he wanted a shed for, so he built 7. 1 for himself and 6 to lease out. The caretaker’s residence was to be used as an office initially with the long term view of moving in. For industrial development, this one really catches the eye. It even has a lift in the caretakers and is beautifully presented with a modern finish and of course beautiful gardens. A credit to the client, and Latitude’s attention to detail.
