Purpose-built with an under slab environmentally friendly tank system, including a huge bio-retention tank, this property exceeded everyone’s expectations. A high spec industrial building that looked great with a beautifully presented showroom, staff room, and amenities. Latitude worked closely with engineers and the council to design a building that took into account overland flow paths requiring underground retention tanks and large filtration systems to ensure water quality from any runoff was treated.
