This development was for a local gentleman who had owned the land for some time. A knockdown, design and construct 4 townhouses. His mother was to live in 1 and the other 3 sold. Latitude worked with the client with the development objective to maximise the return of the development and give it a modern edge. There were a few issues that needed to be worked through with engineers and Council. The development was designed to code and the approval process was a relatively smooth process. The build was started immediately and the end product met the client’s needs. The 3 townhouses were sold and his mum was happy in her new home.
